International Student Scholarships at Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand, 2017

Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand master chefs are both classically trained and qualified teachers, whilst our lecturers contribute a wealth of knowledge gained through years of experience in both education and the hospitality industry.

Level of Studies :  Diploma and Bachelors program.

Scholarships are awarded in the following:

  • Diploma Scholarship is awarded in Cookery and Pastry
  • Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business Scholarships

Cookery or Pastry Scholarship

We offer Diplome De Patisserie (certificate in French pastry) or Diplome de Cuisine (certificate in French cookery) Scholarships for International Students each worth NZD $15,000. This scholarship is ideal for students who are interested in becoming a Chef specialising in either cuisine or patisserie.

Scholarship Eligibility :

  • International students who are citizens of the following countries: India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and some Middle East countries are welcome to apply.
  • Must be over the age of 16 at course commence.
  • Current or past Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand students are not eligible for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must provide Academic IELTS score of 5.5 without sub-score under 5.0.

Bachelor of Culinary Arts & Business Scholarship

We also offer international students The Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business Scholarship valued at NZD $7,410 (over 2 years). This scholarship is recommended for students who are interested in hospitality/restaurant management and business.

Scholarship Eligibility :

  1. International students who are citizens of the following countries: India, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Phillipines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam or other are welcome to apply.
  2. Must be over the age of 17 at course commence.
  3. Current or past Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand students are not eligible for this scholarship.
  4. Applicants must provide Academic IELTS score of 6.0 without sub-score under 5.5.
  5. Applications must have met standard New Zealand university degree entry requirements.

Deadline for Application : Scholarship is open for a 2017-2018 academic year.
